●Work Principle

The electromagnet consists of a solenoid coil encased in a steel housing. A high intensity uniform magnetic field is generated in the bore of the coil.

Within the bore is a canister, packed with filter elements, which are referred to as the matrix. The matrix consists of a stack of expanded steel plates arranged with staggered openings to accommodate the material flow. The matrix amplifies the externally applied magnetic field, produces regions of extremely high gradient and provides collection sites for the capture of ferrous contaminants.

When feed material flows through the magnetized matrix, the iron bearing contaminants are captured and held, resulting in a high purity product. the non-magnetic product flows freely through the canister  with flush water.

1,The magnetic field control adopts the constant current mode, and the PLC automatically  

       adjusts the voltage to ensure the constant magnetic field

2,The higher box design can contain more layers of matrix to ultimate the filtration.

4,the oil filter can make the circulation smoothly to extend the coolant life;

5,We use the Nomex insulation paper to protect the copper coil, the temperature can resist 200°C,

6,Equipped with matrix disassembly lifting arm, it's very easy for the labors to  

      assemble and disassemble the matrix

    7, The control cabinet adopts man-machine touch screen (HMI), which is convenient for the

            operation, at the same time, the screen display can show the work status,

     8,Coating:the canister can be sprayed with PTFE, ETFE, nano-ceramics and other anti-corrosion

             and wear-resistant materials to reduce the risk of magnetic material mixing.

●Model Selection

The electromagnetic separator depends on two values to set the sizing, one is the background gauss(the magnetic field strength in the cavity after the magnetic conductive medium is removed) ,the other is the processing.
