Working Principle

  1. When the electromagnetic coil is energized, it forms a magnetic field circuit with the carbon - steel box, generating a strong magnetic field inside the equipment cavity. The magnetic conductive medium placed in the hollow cavity accumulates and amplifies the magnetic field, creating a sorting area with high field strength and high gradient.
  2. As the slurry passes through the magnetic - concentrating medium from bottom to top, non - magnetic materials pass through smoothly and flow out from the material outlet, while magnetic substances are adsorbed onto the magnetic - concentrating medium.
  3. An electric ball valve is installed on the material pipeline. The magnetic field is periodically cut off through PLC automatic control, and the pipeline is switched to the impurity - discharge position. Flushing water and compressed air enter, washing the magnetic substances off the magnetic - concentrating medium and discharging them from the iron - unloading port. In this way, magnetic impurities are separated, and high - purity materials are obtained.
  4. The coil is cooled by the circulation of insulating transformer oil. The circulating water exchanges heat with the insulating oil to cool the oil, ensuring the stable operation of the system.
  5. It uses an HMI (Human - Machine Interface) for operation and PLC for full - automatic control, enabling automatic iron removal, automatic slag discharge, and automatic alarm. It can achieve unmanned automatic operation and status monitoring.

Model Selection
