In June 2026, a ceramic raw material factory in Jiangxi faced severe excess iron impurities in feldspar slurry, which caused obvious black spot defects during ceramic firing and limited the output proportion of high-end ceramic products. The factory adopted a pre-treatment permanent drawer grate magnet for coarse iron removal and a rear-end rotary grate magnet for fine iron removal, perfectly adapting to the high-viscosity working condition of feldspar slurry. With a magnetic strength of 12000–15000GS, the equipment can capture micron-level fine iron particles and support quick drawing cleaning without production shutdown. After the renovation, the iron content of refined feldspar material dropped from 0.8% to 0.15%, the ceramic black spot defect rate decreased by 85%, and the output proportion of high-end raw materials increased to 55%, bringing an additional monthly profit of over 800,000 RMB.
